Refund & Return Policy

All purchases from XMJ Power are subject to the following terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

  1. General Policy
    We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, wrong purchase, compatibility issues, installation error, or any non-quality related reasons. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in this policy.
  2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations
    The following conditions are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
  • No-reason returns or order cancellation after shipment.
  • Products that have been used, installed, tested, or modified.
  • Damage caused by improper wiring, incorrect voltage, wrong operation, water damage, overheating, or physical impact.
  • Incompatibility with buyer’s existing equipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
  • Products with scratches, broken housing, burnt components, or missing accessories.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Claims reported after the required time limit.
  1. Eligible Claims
    We will only consider returns, refunds, or replacements under the following conditions:
  • Confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, with clear photos or video proof.
  • Obvious shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the package and product.
  • Wrong items sent by XMJ Power, reported within 7 days of delivery with proof.
  1. Claim Procedure
  2. Contact us at support@xmjpower.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.
  3. We will review your claim within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we may offer replacement, partial refund, or full refund (only for our errors).
  5. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is caused by us. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included.
  6. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
    We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee if returned products are not in resalable condition.
  7. Liability
    XMJ Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to downtime, loss of profit, or equipment failure.
  8. Final Agreement
    We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the latest version published on our website.
